If you really are only going to use this for CSS, I'd downgrade to:

At 1920x1080 that card should put you in the ballpark of ~70 FPS maxed settings and I would definitely go with the cheaper CPU/MOBO combo. You might consider getting a smaller hard drive as well, but cost per GB is really low and if you're not terrible strapped for cash, more space never hurts.
