Minor changes that hopefully haven't broken anything.

The forums were recently updated to a newer version. There really shouldn't be any impact on what everyone sees, but if something seems broken let me know.

I also switched us over to a service that does a bunch of caching and junk to speed things up and reduce the load and bandwidth on our host.

Both of these changes should be pretty transparent. If anything at all seems to not work right to then leave a reply here or pm me or message me on Steam or message me on Facebook or text me or call me or whatever way you want to get in touch with me.
