I think you should improve the Minecraft Server, add a voting system, donor ranks, new spawn, mini-games, multiple worlds, etc.

Mini-Game suggestions: Spleef, Hunger Games, Prop Hunt, GTA Minecraft, etc.

Multiple Worlds: Add world for Mini-Game hub, Factions, Towny, Creative, Skyblock, Prison, etc.

Voting System: Set up on multiple sites and when people vote the server moves up on that websites ranking, more people see the server they join then they vote and the process continues.

Donor Ranks: Cant go into detail here but I can post later if you consider my idea, also ties into the voting: More people + More Votes + Donor Ranks= $$$ that you can use to upgrade the server.

New Spawn: There are many downloadable spawns for servers and it would be great if you could get one. I also know a few people who could help build a spawn if you cant find a map.
