took my test yesterday

Thats what I had to do. 22 Age group
43 situps in 2:00
31 pushups in 2:00
2 miles in 17:30
This is what i did
65 situps
54 pushups
2 miles in 14:45
So now im waiting for the response of going to work in afghan or date for boot camp.

Yeah heres what ive been doing to get stronger
I do this every other day
day 1
40 mins on workout bike about 8-10 miles on the bike
finish with a 2mile jog
day 2
30 perfect pushups = 60 regular pushups
50 situps while holding a 45 weight pound on my chest.
incline bench press maxed out at 285 @_@
highschool was 315 that was before i fucked my shoulder up in semi-pro
I passed the test its just my weight. Being a football player I alot of muscle. For my height being a shorty
I have to weigh 180 pounds lol
Weight now 215
My bro goes through the same problem and he is a captain in the army.
As long as i can stay at 215 and never go above it im good

Wow, whats the best way to get abs? I wanna impress my gf lol. Actually, the best way to get a nice hard upper body would be awesome!

honestly i dont really have abs lol. But push ups and sit ups help. Seeing as right now my ab muscles fcking hurt lol. IF you got a weight plate. try doing sit ups with that. It makes it easier to do a sit up but you'll feel that shyt in the morning. go to the Academy or Sports Authority and buy the ab roller. Should cost like $5 bucks. The handle with a wheel. That shyt works good. I dont work on my abs cus i rather have strength

. I have a dislocated shoulder injury that I am trying to make stronger so the army wont know

Yeah dislocated shoulders are not good when you have to carry a lot of heavy stuff.

yeah lol Thats why ive been lifting alot of weights. Trying to build that strength back
