Best Friends Forever

So I've switched from my old Satellite to a Macbook, and I can't connect to any of the maps because of a CRC error. I don't know how to find the steam/steamapps/map or whatever. I've looked everywhere on this computer and I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help me?! I miss playing with mah ßffs!

Which server is this happening on? Or is it happening for every server you connect to?

Mainly every server, I cleared all local data so it would force it to download each map I went to, but I still get the error. Either it downloads the map and works, downloads but doesn't work, or just doesn't even download.

I guess you could give this a shot. Didn't find too many posts where someone with the same problem came back and said they fixed it.

The thing is I can't find Library/Application Support/Steam.
It's not an existent place in my computer lol. I've watched countless videos on Youtube and the things they do don't work for mine.

Thank you, Easy! That made it show up whenever I pressed option. Weird that it doesn't show up normally.

So should I just download the maps I can't play from online and add them to the map folder?

Check and see if you can play on any default maps, like office or dust. If that works then go ahead and try downloading some of the others. I'll try to put together a zip of our maps to make it easier for you.
