Vegas in October

So I'm planning on going to Vegas this October with my girlfriend, and I was just curious to know what I need to see there. Like.... the not so touristy things that are pretty awesome. We're planning on seeing Love from Cirque, and going to the Grand Canyon, but what else should we put on our list?

Vegas is one of the places in Nevada where hookers aren't legal.

no i meant hookers.
escorts tend to be more expensive.
