I'm not too sure about the whereabouts of it, i asked my friend who's from Texas, hasn't told me yet. But he said something about a 72 oz steak? I'm not sure, but it sounded extremely good.

No, you were right, its a 4.5 pound steak. It's called the Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, TX. You have one hour to finish the specially cut 72-oz. top sirloin steak, a baked potato, salad, dinner roll and shrimp cocktail.
