MikeY's Limited Admin App

I want to app for limited admin. Such as Mute,Kick,maybe 5min ban.
When Im playing usually there is no Admin on so it's the asshole's time to
spam and hold up the games. And I have to call a admin (Which is playing a different game) just to ban or mute one person. (Admin leaves back to their game). Then in 5 mins another asswipe comes in and does the same. And I do have experience with admin. I was Super Full CoOwner Admin in a hosties server so I have the skill with dealing with the dumbasses.

Soooo.... Please except me in being a limited admin
