Just cus your sick doesnt mean you have to stay in a bed all day. Like his trainer said there is a difference between going to a game and training for a fight. have you seen how they workout? its fucking insane. If i was to do a work out like that I would want to be 100% not 75% because of a cold. Trust me when I played semi-pro football practice was easy but when your sick practice seems like hell and beyond. Just thought I would point that out.

Well first of all Talon. The Flu isn't as easily detectable as you might think. The swabs can come back negative the first time and positive later. But I imagine since he is in great shape and keeps up with his health he might have had it and fought it off before a second swab. But it also could be total bull shit. Just saying that you could not know if you have it or not plus he lives up north where they get cold and respiratory illness all the time.

So strikeforce is a big freakin joke!!! I mean first they put on only three long and boring fights and then set MMA back about 10 years with a rodney king beating of jason miller after he just steps in the ring to challenge someone. I don't know if CBS will be putting on anymore fight after that.

I was acutally excited for the first round on the hendo fight until shields humping fest began. I mean I love a take down and ground and pound but beat the hell out of them if your gonna do it, or just take the belt off and stop being the champ.

And melendez didn't even start really fighting till the last 20 sec of the 5th round. And watching king mo just lay ontop of mousai was sooooo hot!!!!

I can't wait for the wex fight next weekend. At least I know they won't disappoint me. I mean my hero faber migth get ko'd but at least he comes to fight.
